Orders and prices

All prices are in Canadian dollars. HST is added only when it is shown at checkout. Prices and delivery fees are always calculated when you check out, and the total you see on the payment page is what you pay. Payment is collected in full when you order, through Stripe. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email; if you don't get one within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us.

All orders are subject to availability. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if we cannot fulfil it.

Fresh flowers and substitutions

Flowers are natural and seasonal, so each arrangement is handmade and may look slightly different from the photos. If a specific bloom or colour is unavailable, we will substitute flowers of equal or greater value in a similar style and colour palette so the arrangement still looks its best.

Some flowers can cause allergic reactions or are harmful to pets. If anyone receiving the flowers has allergies or you have pets, tell us before you order and we will suggest alternatives.

Delivery

We deliver to the areas and on the dates and time windows shown at checkout. When same-day delivery is offered, it applies to orders placed before the cutoff time shown at checkout. Delivery windows are our best estimate and can be affected by weather or traffic.

Please make sure the delivery address, postal code and recipient's phone number are correct, because our driver may call that number to find the door. If no one is available, we will leave the arrangement in a safe location and send you a photo confirmation. If we cannot complete a delivery because the address or phone number was incorrect or no one could be reached, we cannot offer a refund for that delivery.

Studio pickup

If you choose pickup, we will email you when your order is ready. Please collect it promptly during the pickup hours shown on the website, because fresh flowers don't keep.

Cancellations and refunds

Because flowers are perishable and made to order, sales are final once we have started preparing your order. If you need to change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at floralhyang@gmail.com. If we have not started preparing your order, we will gladly cancel it and refund you in full.

If your arrangement arrives damaged or is significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. Refunds go back to the original card and can take 5 to 10 business days to show up on your statement.

Custom orders

Custom arrangements are made to your specifications. We will confirm the details with you before finalising a custom order. Custom orders are not refundable once preparation has begun.

Free-flower giveaways

From time to time we give away bouquets free of charge; no purchase is needed. Each person may claim one bouquet per giveaway. You may need to confirm your email address, and your reservation is held for a limited time while you do. Bring your pickup code to the date, time and place shown. We may cancel a reservation that is not collected during the pickup window, that appears to be a duplicate, or that breaks the rules above, so that someone else can have the flowers. Giveaway bouquets are provided as they are and may vary from photos.

Accounts and reviews

An account is optional for ordering. If you create one, please keep your sign-in details private and your information accurate. Reviews you post appear publicly with your name. They must be honest and respectful, and we may remove any review that is offensive, off-topic or not from a real customer.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive news and offers by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Using the website

Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break or overload it, submit false orders, or use automated tools to collect information or giveaway spots.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including photos, text and design, is owned by Floral Hyang or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limits of liability

We do everything we reasonably can to deliver beautiful, fresh flowers on time. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for delays or problems caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, courier or road closures, or incorrect information provided to us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
